NYU Adjuncts Town Hall: Paid Family Leave Proposal

On Tuesday, May 19, union representatives met with the university to propose implementation of Paid Family Leave for adjunct faculty at the start of the Fall semester. On Monday, June 22, the union will meet with the university again to present a detailed proposal that addresses the university’s stated operational concerns, while holding firm on the urgent need to provide adjunct faculty with Paid Family Leave without delay.
