Request to Teach Letter Grace Period


Did you forget to send your Request to Teach Letter by December 15? If so, you still have time!

There is a grace period to send your letter to your administrator from now until January 8th.

How to Send Your Letter

  1. Click Here for a Letter Template

  2. Send the letter to the hair of your department or the person who communicates with you about your courses. Click here for a current list of administrators.

  3. Copy the Union Office (mail@actuaw.org), the Unit Chair (nyu@actuaw.org), and the Rep Team (rausch@actuaw.org) so that we have a record in case there is any dispute with the administration down the road.

  4. Make sure you receive a confirmation of receipt from your administrator.
